CRASH SIM Simulation Vest is the ideal supplement for training dummies such as CRASH & CARRY, which is designed to make trainings even more realistic, versatile and varying.

Details such as cries for help, screams of pain or clear heat signature, that can be recognized with thermal imaging camera are features, which typically cannot be provided by training manikins.
CRASH SIM makes it possible to incorporate all these features into training scenarios. This enriches training or instruction and causes significant surplus value for attendees.

Thanks to adjustable fixation straps CRASH SIM can be mounted to manikin in just a few simple steps and is ready for use immediately.

Sound generator:
Integrated sound generator provides nine preinstalled sounds matching to different training scenarios. Every sound can be activated by using enclosed remote control.
For larger variety of sound effects individual sounds or conversations can be stored to every memory space. This allows for developing individual scenarios or an escalating conversation between victim and rescue forces.
Sounds can be played either once, in a continuous loop or selectively by using remote control.

Body heat simulation:
Built-in heating elements give clearly recognizable heat signature to CRASH SIM Simulation Vest. Simulation of body heat can be adjusted in three stages with a touch of the button. This way visibility of manikin with thermal imaging camera and also difficulty level of exercise can be adjusted

Power supply:
Thanks to power supply with powerbank (not included in delivery) CRASH-SIM can be operated without external power supply with power cord.
After plug in of USB ports of heating elements and sound generator to powerbank CRASH SIM is ready for operation. During operation of CRASH SIM powerbank is stored in padded zipper compartment of simulation vest.
Fully charged powerbank with nominal capacity of 20,000 mAh CRASH SIM can be operated approx. 5 hours at full load, depending on surrounding factors.
